Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented PMO Analyst (Fresher) to join our Project Management Office team. This role will support project managers and leadership in project tracking, reporting, documentation, and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating project documentation, reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support project governance by ensuring adherence to processes and templates.
• Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Help with resource allocation tracking and timesheet compliance.
• Update and maintain project plans under guidance from project managers.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data for reporting.
• Support audit and compliance activities by organizing project documentation.
• Help prepare presentations and reports for management reviews.
