Your work profile

• Support SAP Security and GRC implementation, enhancement, and support activities across SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
• Assist in SAP Security role design, role maintenance, user administration, and authorization troubleshooting.
• Support SAP Fiori security activities, including catalogs, groups/spaces & pages, and authorization assignments.
• Perform SAP GRC Access Control (AC) administration, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).
• Assist in configuring and maintaining SAP GRC 12.0, including SPRO configurations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Support Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk identification, and remediation activities using the SAP GRC ruleset.
• Create and maintain Firefighter IDs, Owners, Controllers, and support Firefighter log monitoring activities.
• Support business role management activities, including role ownership updates, business role maintenance, and role lifecycle activities.
• Perform SAP user provisioning and de-provisioning while ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to support role creation, modifications, and user access requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting user authorization and access-related issues across SAP applications.
• Gain exposure to SuccessFactors integration with SAP GRC and SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) hybrid scenarios.
• Prepare documentation, test scripts, and support testing during project implementations and upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Key skills required

• 0–3 years of experience in SAP Security and/or SAP GRC Access Control.
• Education - Any graduate
• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Security concepts, and SAP Fiori security.
• Exposure to SAP GRC Access Control modules such as ARM, ARA, EAM, and BRM.
• Basic understanding of SAP authorization concepts, roles, profiles, and authorization objects.
• Knowledge of SAP user administration and access management processes.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC rulesets and Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP GRC 12.0 administration and SPRO configuration is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of SuccessFactors integration and SAP IAG concepts is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
