Job Title: Procurement Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, as well as handling invoice resolution activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the PR to PO process, including reviewing purchase requisitions, obtaining necessary approvals, and converting approved requisitions into purchase orders.

·       Handle invoice resolution tasks, including verifying invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment processing.

·       Provide correct and timely responses to emails sent to the designated task ID used by the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

·       Follow provided procedures, documentation, instructions, and Internal Audit & Business Controls guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy in procurement activities.

·       Ensure that any open items under the Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Compliance (APC) responsibility are followed up and problems resolved in a timely manner.

·       Utilize proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to analyze data, prepare reports, and support procurement activities.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives and drive process improvements.

·       Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to procurement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.

Minimum 1 yeah proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a focus on Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order process and Invoice resolution.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Proficiency in procurement systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms.

Understanding of procurement policies, processes & compliance requirements.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
