Your work profile

·      Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions.

·      Assist in configuring SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Agile Development.

·      Gather and analyze business requirements and support the configuration of ServiceNow solutions based on functional needs.

·      Configure and maintain forms, workflows, Flow Designer flows, notifications, and basic business rules within the ServiceNow platform.

·      Support project, demand, and resource management processes through system updates, reporting, and dashboard configuration.

·      Assist in developing reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics dashboards for business and PMO stakeholders.

·      Collaborate with business users, PMO teams, and technical teams to support ongoing enhancements and issue resolution.

·      Support integrations with external applications using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and web services.

·      Participate in testing, defect fixes, deployment support, and preparation of functional and technical documentation.

·      Work closely with senior consultants and developers to support SPM enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.

·      Build and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM and enterprise applications such as ITSM, CMDB, ERP, HR systems, and third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

·      Support UAT planning, defect triage, issue resolution, and production deployment activities, ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.

Key skills required

·      2-3 years of hands-on experience working on the ServiceNow with exposure to SPM modules.

·      Good understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, and Agile Development.

·      Experience in configuring forms, workflows, UI policies, Flow Designer, notifications, and basic scripting.

·      Basic understanding of project portfolio management, demand lifecycle, resource planning, and Agile processes.

·      Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integrations.

·      Experience in creating reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking solutions within ServiceNow.

·      Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.

·      Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

·      Good understanding of ITIL concepts and ServiceNow platform best practices.

·      Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

·      Preferred certifications:

o  CSA (Certified System Administrator)

o  CAD (Certified Application Developer)

o  CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
