Job Title:  Assistant Manager | Bengaluru | Cyber Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities:

·      Conduct detailed assessments of cybersecurity maturity levels across various domains, platforms including network security, incident response, governance, risk management, and compliance.

·      Develop and maintain assessment methodologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure thorough and consistent evaluations.

·      Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security requirements and provide tailored recommendations for improvement.

·      Create comprehensive reports outlining assessment findings, identified risks, and actionable recommendations.

·      Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continually enhance assessment methodologies.

·      Work closely with internal teams, including security analysts, engineers, and management, to implement assessment recommendations and track progress.

·      Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices and maturity improvement strategies.

·      Assist in the development and enhancement of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
