Your work profile

• Business Domain Expertise: Experienced in business analysis, process optimization, requirements gathering, digital transformation initiatives, data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Business Process Mapping: Drive the analysis, documentation, and optimization of end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, improve operational effectiveness, and align process improvements with strategic business objectives.
• Requirements Engineering and Documentation: Gather, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and development teams, supporting the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals and outcomes.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct systems analytics, create financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop reports/dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
