The Regulatory & Financial Risk vertical is an integral part of Strategy Risk & Transactions (“SRT”) Services. The Corporate Intelligence vertical supports clients across sectors with qualitative inputs through public record research and market enquiries based due diligence to assess the integrity, background and reputation of entities and/ or individuals that the client may wish to transact with or enter into a business relationship with.

Your work profile

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong ETRM domain expertise to support Agile delivery across our energy trading and risk management initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive end‑to‑end execution of platform enhancements on RightAngle and/or Endur, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology outcomes.

 

You will bring a blend of Agile delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and functional ETRM knowledge to help teams deliver high‑quality, predictable outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Agile maturity, improving delivery governance, and enabling the successful execution of complex, multi-team ETRM programs.

 

In our team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and stakeholders with the intention to exceed expectations. You’ll:

  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive sprint execution by tracking velocity, identifying delivery risks, removing impediments, and ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams to improve predictability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support 1–2 Scrum teams in managing dependencies, sprint goals, and release commitments.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned to business value.
  • Partner with ETRM functional experts, business analysts, and technical teams across trading, risk, and operations.
  • Support the delivery lifecycle for enhancements and features on RightAngle or Endur, including planning, testing coordination, and release readiness.
  • Understand end‑to‑end trade lifecycle processes across physical and financial commodities, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into delivery tasks.
  • Maintain and publish key Scrum delivery metrics such as burndown charts, sprint health dashboards, and dependency trackers.
  • Communicate delivery progress, risks, and issues across business, technology, and leadership teams.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, compliance guidelines, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Contribute to release planning, cross-team coordination, and program-level reporting.

 

Below skillset is desirable:

  • Around 3-5 years of total experience, including 2–4 years as a dedicated Scrum Master.
  • Hands-on experience in ETRM/CTRM environments.
  • Working knowledge of RightAngle and/or Endur, with understanding of modules (deal capture, scheduling, settlements, risk, reporting).
  • Exposure to energy/commodity trading processes and system workflows.
  • Strong grounding in Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and team‑level coaching.
  • Experience participating in or leading Agile ceremonies.
  • Understanding of data flows, interfaces, testing processes within ETRM ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps concepts, test automation fundamentals).
  • Ability to interpret business and functional requirements in context of ETRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders across trading, risk, operations, and technology.
  • Structured problem‑solving mindset with focus on proactive risk mitigation.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, global delivery environments.

 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

·      Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM I, SAFe (optional but preferred).

·      ETRM/CTRM domain certifications considered an added advantage.

·      Familiarity with analytical or scripting tools (Python, SQL, R)

Location and way of working

·        Base location: Bangalore

·        This profile involves occasional travelling to client location
