You Will
- Work as a key contributor in maintaining and improving DevOps and SRE practices across the organization
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of critical infrastructure and applications
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines and operational processes
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver efficient and stable software releases
- Take ownership of platform performance, monitoring, and incident resolution
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize self-hosted GitLab and JFrog Artifactory
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Automate deployments and operational tasks using Bash/Python scripting
- Provision infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible (IaC tools)
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Kubernetes
- Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch
- Implement high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
- Perform incident management, RCA, and SLA/SLO tracking
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and system bottlenecks
- Collaborate with teams to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency
- Manage artifact repositories, access controls, and lifecycle policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Strong expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Auto Scaling)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and shell scripting
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC processes
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
