Your work profile

As an Assistant Manager in our team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

We are looking for experienced Data Analysts with strong domain expertise in Commercial and Investment Banking, particularly those involving data and system migrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the template release management, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and minimizing discrepancies in critical risk metrics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements for Commercial and Investment Banking - Risk Templates.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and risk teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops and manage JIRA-based tracking for epics, stories, and tasks.
• Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.

Skills & Experience Required: 

• Strong understanding of Commercial and Investment Banking domain.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

•            Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.

The Data Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, program managers, and technology teams to deliver solutions for Commercial and Investment Banking portfolio. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks while supporting digital transformation initiatives.
