Role Summary

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - DevOps with 9-12 years of relevant experience to lead cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD implementation, deployment strategies, and DevSecOps initiatives for internal Agentic AI applications, including Teams Bots, web applications, and embeddable widgets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, Kubernetes, and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Lead infrastructure automation and deployment activities.
  • Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
  • Drive containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex production and infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Establish DevSecOps best practices and governance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
