 Job Description 

We are seeking highly skilled individuals for our Data Intelligence & Architecture Services team, who would have the ability to take on the responsibilities outlined below. This role will be central to the development and deployment of advanced Agentic AI systems that will drive automation and enhance decision-making processes within our organization. 

Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents. 
• Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to build end-to-end intelligent agent solutions. 
• Apply data science techniques including machine learning and predictive modelling to enrich agent functionality. 
• Integrate the agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs for contextual, real-time responses. 
• Implement custom workflows, triggers, and connectors to extend agent capabilities 
• Optimize conversation flows, implement prompt engineering best practices, and utilize analytics for continuous improvement. 
• Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intelligent agent solutions. 
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance policies across all developed solutions. 

Skills: 

• Ability to work with Azure's AI tools and services effectively. Certification on Azure Open AI or MS AI Fundamentals, would be highly preferred.  
• Azure Logic App - ability to automate workflows and integrate various services. 
• Azure Function App - for creating serverless functions to handle event-driven tasks. 
• AI Model Development - designing, training, and deploying machine learning models.  
• Software development & programming using Python  
• Working knowledge of Databricks 
• Familiarity with various algorithms and techniques for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. 
• Azure Copilot Studio for developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions. Understanding of its features and capabilities to streamline AI workflows. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably MS Azure) for deploying and managing AI solutions.  
• Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
