Your work profile

 

Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate recording of intercompany transactions.

Review invoices, journals, and recharges to ensure correctness and policy compliance.

Oversee periodic reconciliations and ensure mismatches are resolved within defined timelines.

Ensure proper documentation and approval of adjustments and settlements.

Monitor month-end and year-end closing activities related to B/S accounts.

Drive accuracy in reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS as applicable).

Collaborate with entity finance teams to ensure balances are matched globally.

Support statutory, internal, and group audits by providing schedules and reconciliations.

Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities within operations.

Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and process knowledge.

 

Key skills required: 

 

  • B.com, M.com or any equivalent qualification in finance
  • 2-8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
