Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join our Innovation Team with a focus on Revenue Monetization and Service Delivery Transformation with the use of Assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving asset adoption enablement through asset roadshows, external and internal leadership campaigns along with a strong focus on helping with the expansion of Purple Club. This role will work closely with our Digital Excellence Center (DEC) to promote technology assets developed within the firm, facilitating their adoption in our pursuits and delivery services. The candidate must have a proven track record of working with and handling strategic IT products/services, and a strong educational background in MBA or Engineering from a reputed institute.
Skills required for the job:-
As a Assistant Manager / Senior Executive in the Innovation team, you will be responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects. You will be:
· Working closely with the business teams to execute the firm’s innovation agenda while reporting to the Chief Innovation leader
· Lead the creation of high-quality program reports, dashboards, and data-driven presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
· Ability to connect with different business asset teams to understand multiple assets, facilitating asset roadshows, support in external and internal marketing campaigns along with creation of various asset GTM collaterals.
· Take ownership of facilitating communication and meetings between business teams, senior leadership, and internal team members to drive cross-functional alignment and ensure the success of innovation programs.
· Decent understanding of next-generation technologies like AI, ML, RPA, etc. is a plus.
· Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal and presentation formats to a variety of audience
Qualifications:-
· MBA or Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
· 2+ years of experience in PMO or program/project management
· Strong analytical, complex problem-solving, conceptual skills, task prioritization, follow-up, tenacity, creativity and service orientation skills
· Ability to multi-task, work independently, and stay focused in a dynamic fast paced environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) and Data Visualization tools
· Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability and willingness to learn quickly about new subjects
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
