Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to support our business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. 

  • Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability. 

  • Develop and maintain DAX queries and measures. 

  • Integrate Power BI with other data sources using SQL and other relevant technologies. 

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards. 

  • Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. 

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power View. 

  • Expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex calculations and measures. 

  • Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). 

  • Experience with data modeling and database design. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView). 

  • Knowledge of Azure Data Services. 

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. 

  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
