- Experience in managing end-to-end OT cybersecurity risk assessments and driving the mitigation of identified gaps.
- Deep knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks, with experience in developing OT security architectures.
- Hands-on experience in monitoring and investigating security incidents in OT environments.
- Experience in implementing OT cybersecurity solutions such as Claroty CTD, Tenable, and SRA solutions.
- Knowledge of IPS/IDS, firewalls, switches, backup solutions, endpoint security, and Active Directory systems.
- Hands-on experience in conducting passive vulnerability assessments in OT infrastructure.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as IEC 62443, are preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel to client sites and upskill in emerging technologies.
