PDF generation, document processing, and archival workflows

Production support, root cause analysis, and incident resolution

PEGA Deployment Manager, release management, and CI/CD

Performance troubleshooting and operational support

Technical design, estimation, and solution architecture

Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration

Relevant Experience

Enterprise workflow and compliance applications

Complex business process automation platforms

Production releases and post-deployment validation

Service/API integration troubleshooting

Document-centric applications with audit and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications

PEGA Senior System Architect (SSA) or equivalent experience

Strong troubleshooting and support mindset

Experience leading end-to-end feature delivery

Ability to work directly with business, infrastructure, and support teams
