Your Work Profile

• The Project Management Professional is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and acting as the communication bridge between customers and the development team. The role ensures successful execution of project goals within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Project planning, roadmap creation, and delivery management.

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Communication with German-speaking customers and business users.
• Translation of business requirements into actionable technical requirements.
• Leading Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinating Frontend, Backend, AI, Data Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Tracking project KPIs, budgets, effort, utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Preparing status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Ensuring compliance with project governance and quality standards.

Key Skills Required

• Education - B.Tech, BSc, M.Tech , M. Com
• Fluent German (B2/C1/C2 preferred) and English communication skills.
• Strong Agile/Scrum project management experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and MS Teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Basic understanding of Frontend, Backend, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Cloud     technologies Project Charter.
