Job Title: Assistant Manager | Talent Acquisition | Bengaluru | Talent
As an Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for building and executing recruitment strategies, improving candidate experience, and ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring plans. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and recruitment teams to deliver scalable and compliant hiring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral, campus, and niche hiring requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, search firms, and internal databases.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates in line with role specifications and Deloitte competency frameworks.
- Coordinate interview processes, including panel alignment, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Drive offer management, including compensation alignment, documentation, and offer closure.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and governance standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and diversity hiring efforts.
- Mentor junior recruiters and support continuous process improvement initiatives across TA operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within consulting, professional services, or large corporate environments
- Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations at senior and mid-management levels
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring compliance
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR or related specialization
- Exposure to volume hiring, niche skill hiring, and leadership hiring
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines
