Your work profile
- Cybersecurity Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of cybersecurity strategy initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- ISMS Implementation and Sustenance: Manage implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security posture based on ISO 27001 and other industry standards.
- Audit Coordination and Execution: Conduct and oversee information security audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
- Third-Party Risk Management: Drive Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including vendor onboarding assessments, periodic reviews, and remediation tracking.
- Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and gap analyses for cybersecurity controls, compliance frameworks, and emerging threats.
- Cyber Maturity Assessment: Lead cyber maturity assessments to benchmark organizational security posture against industry standards and provide actionable recommendations.
- Policy Development: Develop and review security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring they address identified gaps and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive audit and risk reports for senior stakeholders, including executive summaries and remediation plans.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants, provide guidance on complex issues, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Framework Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT) and risk management principles.
- ISMS Expertise: Hands-on experience in ISMS implementation and internal/external audit coordination.
- Audit Management: Proficiency in conducting and managing IT audits and compliance assessments.
- TPRM Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Third-Party Risk Management processes, tools, and regulatory considerations.
- Cyber Maturity Analysis: Ability to perform and interpret cyber maturity assessments and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA) and their impact on security programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and external parties.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Documentation and Presentation: Advanced documentation and presentation skills for creating executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Leadership Capability: Ability to lead small teams, manage priorities, and deliver projects in global and cross-functional environments.
