JD for UI/UX development

We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Developer with strong skills in designing user-centric interfaces and developing web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in ReactJS application development along with frontend web technologies to build interactive, intuitive, and responsive solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into interactive prototypes and functional apps.
• Build responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js (or relevant frontend frameworks).
• Ensure consistent branding and seamless user experience across applications.
• Optimize apps for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and implement feedback to enhance UI/UX designs.
• Extensive knowledge on REST API integration to get data from various data sources.
• Prepare design documents, wireframes, and maintain proper documentation of developed apps.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping tools ( Eg. Figma).
• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces in PowerApps, Sharepoint Site (Canvas and Model-driven apps).

Education :

B.tech, B.E. MCA , BCA , B.com

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ReactJS, PowerApps, DOM understanding is must.
• Basic knowledge of backend development (Node.js or similar).
• Understanding of Azure services related to app development.
