Business process re-engineering

Skills Required

  1. Drive the business process re-engineering agenda in Banking Domain across the organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Design customer-centric processing journeys aligned with key customer requirements (CTQs).
  3. Lead global/regional transformation initiatives from opportunity identification to execution and benefit realization.
  4. Implement cross-functional transformation programs to improve client experience, reduce costs, and boost operational performance.
  5. Manage end-to-end solution design (IT & Non-IT), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  6. Define and enforce performance standards using formal process engineering methodologies.
  7. Develop actionable metrics to support continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure solutions comply with policies, procedures, and risk frameworks by collaborating with Risk Stewards.
  9. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform process improvement strategies
