Seasoned digital transformation professional with 10-15 years of experience in pre-sales, business development, and functional consulting across Digital Commerce, Customer Experience (CX), CRM, Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), CMS, and Marketing Technology solutions. Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, shaping large transformation opportunities, and translating business requirements into strategic technology solutions for enterprise clients.
Experienced in engaging with C-level stakeholders, leading discovery workshops, defining business and functional requirements, developing solution roadmaps, and crafting compelling value propositions that address complex business challenges. Strong ability to bridge business and technology teams, enabling successful sales pursuits and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and opportunity qualification across new and existing accounts.
- Lead pre-sales activities including client discovery sessions, solution envisioning, demonstrations, and executive presentations.
- Conduct business and functional consulting engagements to identify customer pain points and define future-state digital experience strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and alliance teams to develop winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution recommendations.
- Define business requirements, process flows, user journeys, and functional specifications aligned with client objectives.
- Develop business cases, ROI models, implementation roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Support account growth initiatives through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account planning.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading platforms within the digital experience ecosystem.
