Your work profile

• As a Associate Director in our customer Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations, We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer with experience in B2B Commerce/Cloud Craze for multiple positions including as full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with salesforce integration.
• Lead large-scale creative, digital, and integrated marketing projects from briefing through execution and final delivery.
• Build and manage project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, team allocations, and delivery workflows.
• Manage complex stakeholder groups across brand, creative, strategy, and production teams.
• Drive alignment through structured communication, documentation, reviews, and status updates.
• Own project-level budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and margin protection.
• Prepare estimates, SOWs, change requests, and risk assessments.
• Identify risks, scope creep, and delivery bottlenecks early and lead mitigation plans.
• Implement best practices, PM frameworks, documentation standards, and workflow improvements.

Key skills required: 

• 12–15 years of project management experience in creative, advertising, digital, or integrated agencies.
• Proven experience managing large multi-track projects with high complexity and fast turnaround cycles.
• Strong understanding of creative development, content production, and digital delivery workflows.
• Exceptional communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Workfront, MS Project, or similar).
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes

Location and way of working: 

• Base location: Bangalore
• Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
