Your work Profile:
- Lead and manage the penetration testing, WAS(Web Application Scanning), EASM (External Attack Surface Management), DVST (Dynamic Vulnerability Security Testing – hackerone) team to deliver high-quality security assessments (web, mobile, network, cloud, APIs, etc.).
- Define and implement methodologies, frameworks, and best practices for the services.
- Oversee scoping, planning, and execution of engagements.
- Review and validate reports and remediation recommendations.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Create, maintain, and review all service-level documentation (SOPs, playbooks, SLAs).
- Lead Weekly Status Reports (WSR), Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings.
- Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization across assessments.
- Oversee skill maintenance and capability development within the Managed services.
- Develop and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics for service delivery.
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and tools.

Desired Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience: 11+ years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles across cyber domains.
