Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead OMS Operate engagements with a focus on Azure Integration Suite (AIS). This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-performing OMS integrations in a production support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OMS Operate delivery for AIS-based integrations
- Own production support (L2/L3/L4), ensuring SLA adherence and service excellence
- Define and drive integration architecture using Azure services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions)
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
- Manage release planning, deployments, and environment strategy
- Collaborate with business, OMS, and enterprise architecture teams
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance across integrations
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and cost optimization
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of AIS consultants and developers
- Drive resource planning, capacity management, and skill development
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and support processes
- Manage performance, coaching, and career progression of team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Azure Integration Suite (AIS)
- Deep expertise in Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions
- Proven experience managing OMS Operate / production support environments
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON/XML
- Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
- Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost management in Azure
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) in retail/e-commerce domains
- Exposure to event-driven and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise integration landscapes
