Deloitte is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Oracle Consulting practice as an Associate Director specializing in Oracle Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. This role will lead the delivery of complex Oracle Cloud implementations with a focus on Project Financials, Project Execution, Grants, and related PPM areas. You will be responsible for client relationship management, solution design, team leadership, and driving successful transformation outcomes for clients across industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership: Act as the Oracle PPM solution lead for large-scale ERP transformations across sectors. Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, PMO).
  • Solution Architecture: Lead design and implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud modules including Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Grants, Resource Management, and Project Execution.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Team Management: Mentor and lead high-performing consulting teams. Provide guidance on functional and technical topics, including integration with Financials, Procurement, and Time & Labor.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle practice growth through solution innovation, reusable assets, whitepapers, and participation in Oracle ecosystem events.
  • Practice Development: Support pre-sales, RFP response, and business development activities including estimation, solutioning, and client presentations.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Ensure project health through effective program governance, stakeholder engagement, and mitigation planning.


Required Qualifications:

  • 12–16 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with minimum 5+ years in Oracle Cloud PPM.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Projects Suite – including Project Financials, Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Contracts, Grants Management, Project Execution.
  • Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across industries like Professional Services, EPC, Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Higher Education.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams, clients, and project scope/timelines.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CA/ICWA preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud PPM certification is a plus.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in multi-pillar Cloud implementations (e.g., PPM with Financials, Procurement, HCM).
  • Exposure to integration with third-party timekeeping, payroll, or resource planning tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology and Oracle Implementation Framework (OUM or AIM).
  • Experience in managing offshore-onshore delivery model.
