We have an exciting opportunity within our fast-growing GCC Advisory practice that I believe you might be interested in. We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who are passionate about global operations, transformation, and digital delivery to help our global clients design, set up, and transform their Global Capability Centres and Shared Services.

This position is available in Bengaluru, Gurugram, or Mumbai and requires experience in the domains of consulting, GCC advisory, or shared services. You'll have the chance to lead end-to-end GCC advisory and transformation engagements, collaborate with CXOs on strategy, setup, optimization, and governance, drive operating model design, location strategy, and digital enablement, and work closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

We are specifically seeking individuals who have strong experience in GCC setups, global process transitions, or process transformations. If you excel in problem-solving, client engagement, and team leadership, this could be the perfect role for you.
