• Deloitte India is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director – Generative AI, RAG & Agentic AI to lead enterprise AI transformation programs across industries.
• The role requires a blend of consulting leadership, enterprise architecture expertise, and hands-on experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI solutions.

Client Delivery

• Lead end-to-end Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI engagements.
• Work with C-suite stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define transformation roadmaps.
• Drive solution architecture, delivery governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising architects, data scientists, AI engineers, and cloud specialists.

AI Architecture & Engineering

• Design scalable AI solutions involving LLMs, RAG, AI Copilots, Knowledge Assistants, Conversational AI, and Agentic Workflows.
• Architect solutions using Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Claude, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Lang Graph.
• Define best practices for prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval, model orchestration, observability, security, and LLMOps.

RAG & Evaluation

• Design enterprise knowledge systems, retrieval pipelines, vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and citation frameworks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks covering retrieval quality, faithfulness, groundedness, hallucination detection, latency, cost, and user satisfaction.
• Utilize tools such as RAGAS, Deepavali, LangSmith, and OpenAI Evals.

Key Skills required

• 20–25 years of technology and consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI deployments.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Qualification:

• BE/ BTECH
