Role Summary:
We are looking for a manager to support and grow the strategic alliance, with a focus on infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, and Client platforms. The individual will work closely with alliance stakeholders, Deloitte partners, and account teams to identify and drive joint opportunities, enable go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across priority accounts.
The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies, combined with the ability to work across stakeholders to position solutions within large transformation programs and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Alliance Relationship Management
§ Manage and strengthen the alliance engagement across server, storage, and client solution portfolios.
§ Work closely with alliance partner leadership, sales teams and solution specialists to drive alignment on joint priorities.
§ Serve as a key liaison between Deloitte account teams and OEM stakeholders to enable joint business development.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives
§ Support the development and execution of joint alliance GTM strategies across key solution areas.
§ Collaborate with OEM teams to build joint value propositions, solution offerings, and campaign initiatives.
§ Facilitate joint workshops, account planning sessions, and solution positioning activities.
Alliance Operations & Reporting
§ Work with Deloitte partners, directors, and account leaders to identify opportunities where OEM solutions can support client needs.
§ Track and report alliance performance metrics, pipeline growth, and key initiatives.
§ Prepare leadership updates, opportunity dashboards, and GTM progress reports.
§ Ensure alliance initiatives with Deloitte’s broader technology alliance strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
§ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field,MBA preferred.
§ 9–12 years of experience in consulting, alliance management, infrastructure sales, or technology partnerships.
§ Hands-on or solution-level experience working with enterprise infrastructure technologies, including:
o Servers
o Storage systems
o Data center infrastructure
o End-user computing / client devices
§ Experience working with OEM partners such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, or similar infrastructure providers is preferred.
§ Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure architecture and modernization initiatives
§ Alliance and partner ecosystem management
§ Senior stakeholder engagement and relationship management
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
