Your work profile

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered digital products leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Define and drive product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, emerging AI trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and business teams to build scalable, intelligent solutions.
• Work with the Deloitte Strategy Office and cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize and execute innovative AI initiatives.
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and execution plans.
• Drive integration of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and autonomous agent frameworks into product ecosystems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and code walkthroughs, contributing hands-on expertise in Node.js and Python when required.
• Lead rapid experimentation and prototyping initiatives including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI evaluation, and agent orchestration.
• Manage Agile product delivery including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor product adoption, customer feedback, analytics, and performance metrics to continuously enhance user experience and business impact.
• Ensure scalable deployment practices through collaboration on CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, and DevOps processes.
• Act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution, enabling faster innovation and delivery excellence.

Key skills required

• 9–12 years of overall experience with 3–4+ years in Technical Product Management roles and prior hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Node.js and Python for backend systems and rapid prototyping.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, Git-based version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Good understanding of cloud ecosystems including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
• Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum product development cycles and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience building scalable, customer-centric digital products with measurable business impact.
