About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and impactful digital products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong engineering background and a deep interest in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will work closely with the Deloitte Strategy Office, Engineering and design teams to define and deliver AI-powered solutions, while also being hands-on enough to contribute to technical discussions and prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered products, aligning with business goals and emerging technology trends.
- AI Integration: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models) and Agentic AI frameworks into product features.
- Hands-On Contribution: Participate in architecture reviews, code walkthroughs, and occasionally contribute to backend code (Node.js, Python).
- Technical Product Ownership: Translate complex requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
- Experimentation & Prototyping: Lead rapid prototyping of AI features, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Agile Leadership: Manage sprints, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features with measurable impact.
- Customer-Centric Design: Use customer feedback, analytics, and market research to inform product decisions and iterate quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 9–12 years of total experience, with at least 3–4 years in product management and prior experience as a software engineer.
- Strong technical foundation in Node.js, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
- Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
