Oracle CX Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Profile Summary:

Seasoned Oracle CX Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the Customer Experience (CX) domain. Demonstrated expertise across Oracle CX Cloud applications, with a strong background in Pre-Sales, PMO, and Solution Architecture. Proven ability to drive end-to-end CX transformation programs, from solution design to successful delivery.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations in one or more of the following Oracle CX Cloud Products:
  • Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Oracle Service Cloud
  • Oracle CPQ Cloud
  • Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Oracle CX Unity Cloud

Additional Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading RFPs end-to-end — including solutioning, estimation, and product demonstrations.
  • Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, Sales Plays, and CX solution positioning.
  • Hands-on involvement in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
  • Experience acting as a Project Manager, with sound knowledge of project financials, budgeting, and resource planning.
