Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end hands-on implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS applications across client engagements
• Implement and support Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR)
• Configure FCCS for statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr reporting, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation requirements
• Apply expert understanding of EPM functional aspects related to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
• Develop, amend, and maintain FCCS/HFM rules while assessing downstream system impact
• Manage FCCS/HFM metadata including updates, enhancements, and impact analysis
• Build integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM systems using Data Management/FDMEE
• Write and maintain Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules for various business functionalities
• Configure and manage security setup, user groups, and provisioning

Key skills required

• Minimum 9+ years of end-to-end hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EPM FCCS
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion suite including FCCS, HFM, FCM, FDMEE, Smart View, and HFR
• Expertise in statutory and management reporting implementations using FCCS
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes
• Experience in FCCS/HFM rule writing and metadata management
• Hands-on experience with integrations between FCCS and ERP/HCM systems
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager
• Experience in Oracle EPM security, provisioning, and access management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Oracle certification is a plus
