Your work profile

Global Process Ownership (GBS Model)

  • Own and govern the global Order to Cash process across all regions served by GBS, including:
  • Order Management
  • Credit & Risk Management
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Application
  • Dispute, Deductions, and Collections
  • Interface with Record‑to‑Report and Revenue Accounting
  • Define and enforce end‑to‑end global process standards, controls, SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
  • Drive process consistency while supporting regional statutory and business requirements.

Oracle Fusion Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the GBS functional owner for O2C within Oracle Fusion.
  • Partner with IT, ERP CoE, and system integrators to:
  • Lead global Oracle Fusion O2C implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
  • Drive harmonization of configurations across regions.
  • Ensure scalable, compliant, and standardized system design.
  • Own business requirement documentation, testing strategy, and user adoption for GBS teams.

GBS Service Delivery & Performance Management

  • Drive service excellence across global delivery centers.
  • Establish and track key metrics such as:
  • DSO and overdue AR
  • Billing accuracy
  • First‑pass yield
  • Dispute cycle time
  • Cash application rates
  • Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective action plans for service gaps.
  • Ensure robust governance structures, cadence reviews, and escalation management.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead GBS transformation initiatives, including:
  • Process re‑engineering
  • Centralization / migration of activities into shared services
  • Automation, RPA, workflow, and self‑service enablement
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and optimize O2C processes at scale.
  • Drive benefits realization through productivity, cost, and cash improvements.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead complex, multi‑region finance and ERP transformation programs.
  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change management.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, GBS strategy, and execution.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Act as a key process advisor to global business leaders and US‑based stakeholders.
  • Balance business expectations with GBS efficiency and standardization goals.
  • Communicate clearly with senior leadership on performance, risks, and roadmap.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and develop global process SMEs, regional leads, and GBS teams.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline within O2C, including upskilling on Oracle Fusion and digital tools.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
