Candidate should possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, project management, and HR business processes, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale HCM implementations and transformations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet organizational HR and business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Recruitment.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 12–18 years in Oracle applications, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM).
  • Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in defining large-scale Oracle Fusion solution architectures and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of atleast 4 modules of Oracle Fusion HCM , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Security, and Data Migration.
  • Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP + HCM or ERP + SCM).
  • Knowledge of global design, localization, and multi-entity deployment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle certification(s) in Fusion Cloud architecture or relevant modules preferred.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • PMP / TOGAF certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
