Key Responsibilities

 Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and implement EPBCS/PBCS applications, including:
• Metadata management
• Data integration and validation
• Forms, business rules, and calculation logic
• Reporting and analytics solutions
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle EPM EPBCS/PBCS, including application configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning / EPBCS and data integration
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management insights using EPBCS/PBCS reporting tools.
• Perform financial and data analysis to deliver actionable insights supporting strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Provide end-user support, guidance, and troubleshooting to ensure effective adoption of EPBCS/PBCS solutions.
• Conduct workshops with client on new functionality and new features.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution of project activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful outcomes.
