Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale programs, cross-functional teams, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and teams.
- Define program goals, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Manage dependencies across projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Track program health, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and delivery processes.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and automation initiatives.
- Mentor project managers and team leads within the program.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in program and project management.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and client communication.
- Experience managing large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise applications projects.
- Exposure to vendor management and governance processes.
- Experience working with global clients and leadership teams.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
