Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale programs, cross-functional teams, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, stakeholder management, project governance, and delivery management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects and teams.
  • Define program goals, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Manage dependencies across projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Track program health, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and delivery processes.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and automation initiatives.
  • Mentor project managers and team leads within the program.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in program and project management.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and client communication.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise applications projects.
  • Exposure to vendor management and governance processes.
  • Experience working with global clients and leadership teams.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
