Your work profile

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure transformation, virtualization and data center programs with strong expertise in VMware, Wintel and Oracle VM (OVM). 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and virtualization projects. 
• Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter upgrade, migration and optimization initiatives. 
• Drive Wintel programs covering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Failover Clustering. 
• Lead Oracle VM (OVM) lifecycle, migration and modernization programs. 
• Manage budgets, risks, project plans, governance and executive reporting. 
• Collaborate with cloud, network, security and application teams. 
• Lead major incidents, RCA reviews and service improvement initiatives. 
• Mentor project managers, technical leads and engineers. 

Key skills required: 

• Education-Bachelors in Engineering
• 10+ years of IT Infrastructure experience. 
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter. 
• Deep knowledge of Wintel infrastructure and Active Directory. 
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle VM (OVM). 
• Experience managing large transformation and migration programs. 
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and financial management skills. 
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and infrastructure governance.
