The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on areas like Finance, Supply Chain, SAP and Oracle

Work you’ll do

The primary role of Agentic AI Project Manager is to develop Assets using Agentic AI, drive business growth using these Assets and ensuring quality delivery of projects through the Assets

Responsibilities

·      Prepare Business case

·      Define roadmap for Agentic AI solution development

·      Assess and finalize Use cases

·      Guide the team in Requirements gathering and analysis

·      Liaise with Technical Architects to define the architecture and solution design

·      Guide development team in building the Asset(s)

·      Conduct and facilitate multiple levels of testing

·      Ensure that the Asset gets all the required clearances from Quality and Compliance teams

·      Facilitate Infra set up

·      Oversee packaging and deployment

·      Define Go To Market strategy and prepare GTM brochures

·      Organize client meetings and workshops

·      Present / demo solutions and offerings to potential clients

·      Negotiate pricing with customers and close sales agreements

·      Collaborate with different departments within the Firm

·      Attend conferences, industry events, round tables

·      Own delivery responsibility of large programs using the assets developed

·      Risk and Issue management for project delivery

·      Track and report status of programs

·      Escalation management

·      Perform Cost benefit analysis and define cost optimization approaches

Skills Required

·      Total 12 to 15 years of experience of which minimum 3 years should have been IT project delivery

·      Proven experience in building products using AI/ML

·      Strong understanding of Generative AI / Agentic AI, LLMs

·      Hands-on experience in Machine learning and predictive forecasting engagements

·      Hands-on experience in Data Analytics projects and knowledge of Python/R / Spark

·      Experience in Digital Transformation / Operational Transformation

·      Bachelor of Technology or MBA from reputed institutions

·      Experience in Product / Asset development

·      Experience in Strategic Consulting

·      Experience in Client Relationship management

·      Experience in Pre-sales activities and proposal preparation

·      MUST have outstanding communication, both written and verbal

·      Should have strong critical-thinking capabilities to solve problems and think about wide-ranging issues and facilitate decisions.

·      Flexibility to travel (within and outside base location)
