Your work profile:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Management, Client Relationship Management
- Experience selling Oracle NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of subscription-based SaaS licensing models.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Familiarity with Oracle partner ecosystem is preferred.
Desired qualifications/ certification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
Key skills required
- 10–15 years of Enterprise Software Sales experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of Oracle NetSuite or Cloud ERP sales experience.
- Proven success in achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets.
- Experience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, Financial Management, or Cloud Business Applications.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes including: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Planning & Budgeting, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
