SAP BRIM Professional should have: 

• Lead the design and development of complex Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone configurations and scripts. 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone developers. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and architect solutions. 

• Implement best practices for Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone development and data transformation. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone with a skill to tune the performance. 

• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality. 

• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to Convergent Mediation/Mediation Zone processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of mediation concepts, data transformation, and scripting languages.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Convergent Charging Developers. 

• Design and implement complex SAP CC/CM solutions, considering scalability and performance requirements. 

• Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices for SAP CC/CM development. 

• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions. 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance in SAP CC/CM-related projects. 

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. 

• Assist in the evaluation and selection of SAP CC/CM-related technologies and tools. 

• Continuously improve development processes and practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• Extensive experience as an SAP Convergent Charging Developer, including leadership roles. 

• Strong expertise in SAP CC/CM configuration, development, and integration.

• Proficiency in Java programming.

SAP Operation CM CC Professional should have: 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and manage the SAP CC/CM systems to ensure availability, performance, and data integrity. 

• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule system maintenance, upgrades, and patches. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CC/CM configurations, integrations, and performance. 

• Perform regular system health checks and performance tuning activities. 

• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and recommend improvements. 

• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. 

• Document operational procedures and configurations. 

• Provide training and support to end users and other team members. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 

• Should have 0-5 Years of experience 

• Proven experience in SAP CC/CM operations or a similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of SAP CC/CM configuration, administration, and monitoring. 

• Experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) solutions is a plus. 

• Strong knowledge on Database/SQL, Unix and Shell scripting.
