Job Summary:

Deloitte is seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) practice, driving the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade SAP BTP solutions. The role involves managing teams, engaging with clients to translate business requirements into SAP BTP-based solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BTP engagements, including solution architecture, development, and implementation of applications leveraging SAP Cloud Platform services (Extension Suite, Integration Suite, Data & Analytics, AI/ML services).
• Architect scalable and secure cloud-native applications on SAP BTP that integrate with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP ecosystems.
• Drive innovation using SAP BTP capabilities such as SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Workflow, SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming), and SAP Integration Suite.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Deloitte consulting teams, and technical architects to design and deliver business solutions aligned with client goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP BTP developers and consultants, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, proposals, demos, and client presentations focused on SAP BTP capabilities.
• Establish best practices, accelerators, and reusable components to streamline SAP BTP implementations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10 – 15 years of IT experience, including significant hands-on and leadership experience with SAP technologies.
• Proven expertise in SAP BTP (SAP Cloud Platform) including Extension Suite, Integration Suite, and Analytics services.
• Strong experience integrating SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud in SAP landscapes is a plus.
• Prior experience managing delivery teams and client engagements.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP CAP, OData services, SAP Workflow, and business process automation.
• Experience with API management, microservices, and cloud-native architecture on SAP BTP.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP BTP Extension Developer or SAP Certified Technology Associate.
• Experience in digital transformation projects within industries like Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or Healthcare.
• Consulting experience in client-facing roles.
