💼 Role Overview

The AD – SAP BTP will be responsible for leading large-scale SAP transformation programs leveraging BTP capabilities across integration, extensions, automation, data & analytics. The role demands strong delivery governance, solution architecture experience, client advisory, and the ability to lead multiple project teams. The candidate will work closely with global clients, business leaders, SAP practice heads, and COEs to drive digital innovation using SAP BTP.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

  • Design scalable SAP BTP architectures (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, Workzone, Event Mesh, CAPM).
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise architectures covering SAP & non-SAP systems.
  • Define reusable frameworks, accelerators, development guidelines & best practices.
  • Review technical designs, performance, code quality, security & compliance.

2. Delivery & Program Management

  • Manage multi-geo SAP BTP delivery teams and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Drive agile program execution, DevOps, release management and issue resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, audit, quality assurance and risk controls.
  • Handle executive-level reporting, budgeting, resource planning & stakeholder communication.

3. Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, IT leaders, and business owners.
  • Run BTP strategy workshops, roadmapping, fit-gap, cost estimation & value realization.
  • Support RFP responses, client pitches, solution walkthroughs and deal shaping.
  • Convert business requirements into scalable, modern BTP-based solutions.

4. Practice Growth & People Leadership

  • Build BTP capability through hiring, mentoring, certification & career development.
  • Lead internal accelerators, frameworks, PoVs & GTM assets.
  • Publish thought leadership, white papers and represent Deloitte in SAP forums.
  • Collaborate with SAP ecosystem, alliances and product engineering teams.
