Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end data management initiatives, including data governance, data quality, data migration, and master data management (MDM).
• Define and implement data management strategies, standards, and best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage data migration activities, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
• Lead project teams, oversee delivery, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation within project timelines.

   

  Key skills required; -

  • 15+ years of overall experience in SAP/Data Migration projects.
  • Involved in at least 5+ end-to-end migration projects.
  • Led 2–3 migration projects as Migration Lead or Project Lead.
  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing business processes.
  • Experience in migration strategy, data cleansing, data mapping, data validation, and cutover activities.
  • Ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive migration initiatives independently.

   

  Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
