Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle, GBS and Project/Program Management. We are looking to expand the team to include like-minded professionals with strong SAC Planning background.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Associate Director – SAC Planning with deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning to lead complex planning and forecasting solutions across industries. The role requires designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-level SAC Planning applications, ensuring integration with SAP Datasphere and ABAP CDS Views for real-time analytics. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the SAC Planning strategy, ensuring seamless financial and operational planning solutions. 
• Architect SAC Planning models to support complex forecasting, budgeting, workforce, and supply chain planning scenarios.
• Lead the design, optimization, and automation of business planning cycles using SAC.
• Implement advanced planning functionalities such as Driver-Based Planning, Predictive Forecasting, Multi-Version Planning, and Allocations.
• Develop integrated planning models that connect financial planning with sales, HR, supply chain, and operational planning.
• Ensure efficient data acquisition, transformation, and integration by leveraging SAP Datasphere and ABAP CDS Views for real-time data connectivity.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in planning scenarios across industries.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, C-level executives, and business teams to optimize planning processes.  
• Oversee end-to-end SAP SAC Planning project implementation, including governance, security, and performance tuning.  
• Lead and mentor a team of SAC Planning consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate user stories and problem statements into project/solution requirements.
• Develop solutions quickly through an Agile process utilizing incremental minimal viable products to obtain user feedback and iterate towards a final solution.
• Partner with functional and product teams to facilitate the deployment and adoption of delivered solutions.

Experience and Skills Required

• 13+ years of SAP Analytics experience, with at least 7+ years in SAC Planning.
• Experience in complex scenario modeling, including bottom-up/top-down planning and rolling forecasts
• Expertise in SAC Planning: Model building, Version Management, Advanced Formulas, Data Actions, Multi-Version Planning, and Predictive Forecasting.
• Strong background in ABAP CDS Views and SAP Datasphere for efficient data extraction and modeling. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Exceptional ability to lead planning projects, manage teams, and engage with senior stakeholders. 
• Deep understanding of financial, sales, workforce, and supply chain planning.   
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
