Responsibilities

  • Architect end to end AI solutions using SAP’s Business AI Stack – S/4Hana embedded AI, Joule and custom AI on SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad and BTP services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture blueprints, integration designs and solutions
  • Evaluate and recommend right mix of embedded vs Joule vs custom AI based on use case, cost, governance and scalability.
  • Define data architecture, integration patterns (SAP Integration Suite, APIs etc) and security/governance framework for AI solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery workshops, PoCs and solution design sessions with customer stakeholders.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to development teams during build and deployment.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years overall experience in SAP consulting/architecture with 2+ years focused on AI/ML or SAP Business AI solutions
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP AI Core/AI Launchpad, Joule and embedded AI features in S/4HANA
  • Experience with Generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) and enterprise AI Governance
  • Solid understanding of SAP integration technologies (Integration Suite, APIs, event mesh etc)
  • Prior experience architecting solutions for at least one full customer engagement lifecycle
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

 

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience architecting solutions on hyperscaler AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)
  • Exposure to major LLM ecosystems (Open AI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source models like Llama, Mistral, GLM)
  • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, N8N, AutoGen, MCP based architectures)
  • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture patterns outside SAP’s native tooling.

Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps practices, model evaluation and responsible AI/governance frameworks.
