As SuccessFactors EC Manager lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations, overseeing multiple projects, strategy, and configuration. Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end design, team leadership, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with HCM best practices. They hold 12+ years of SAP experience, focusing on configuration, data models, and workflow optimization.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Program & Project Leadership: Oversee multiple related SF EC projects, managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Technical/Functional Leadership: Drive SF EC configuration (MDF, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Workflows) and integrate with other modules.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating decisions, reporting progress, and ensuring system adoption.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage, coach, and mentor junior functional consultants and project team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies for SuccessFactors optimization, ensuring compliance with global HR best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project delays, cost overruns, or technical failures, developing contingency plans.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: 10-12+ years of SAP implementation experience, with at least 4-6 years specializing in SuccessFactors EC.
- Implementation History: Proven track record of at least 3-4 end-to-end full-cycle SF EC implementations.
- Certifications: Active SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is typically required.
- Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of XML, XML configuration, and Data Models.
- Program Management: Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex HR technology programs.
