Your work profile

• Drive business development for Oracle professional services across the South India region, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell - South -West -North Oracle allaince sales
• Develop deep understanding of client requirements and align solutions to business needs, driving value-based engagements.
• Build and maintain comprehensive account maps, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and growth opportunities.
• Foster and manage strategic alliances with Oracle and partner ecosystem to drive regional revenue growth.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to secure approvals and enable smooth deal execution.
• Generate, manage, and track a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring consistent conversion and closure.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies including events, roadshows, and workshops.
• Monitor pipeline health and sales performance, driving cadence through regular reviews and alliance meetings.
• Define and implement strategic plans aligned to organizational goals for regional growth.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.

 

Key skills required: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Oracle professional services, with at least 7 years in sales, business development, or alliance management roles.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic alliances, and closing large deals.
• Strong understanding of Oracle services landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, including CXO engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in sales and alliance management within technology or consulting environments.
• Familiarity with emerging trends such as data analytics, cloud, and digital transformation.
