Your work profile
- Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe technologies, driving strategic alliance initiatives and strengthening the partnership with Adobe.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Collaborate with business, sales, alliance, and delivery teams to design customer-centric digital experience (CX), marketing, personalization, and data-driven solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements by leading solution discovery, requirement analysis, architecture design, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-enabled Adobe solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, CDP, marketing automation, and third-party platforms.
- Lead solution architecture reviews, technical governance, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technology evaluations to ensure alignment with Adobe and enterprise best practices.
- Define integration strategies leveraging REST APIs, Adobe APIs, Adobe I/O, web services, event-driven integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities to enhance customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Establish architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, implementation frameworks, and governance models for Adobe-based engagements.
- Mentor solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams on Adobe technologies, implementation best practices, and emerging Adobe product capabilities.
- Work closely with Adobe product teams and alliance stakeholders to support joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, solution accelerators, and innovation programs.
Key skills required
- 11–15+ years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, customer experience (CX), or marketing technology solutions, with significant expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Strong expertise across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Hands-on experience in solution architecture, enterprise integration, and implementation of Adobe-based digital experience solutions.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture, personalization strategies, customer journey orchestration, digital asset management, content management, and marketing automation.
- Experience integrating Adobe platforms with enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, CDP, analytics platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
- Expertise in Adobe APIs, Adobe I/O, REST services, event-driven integrations, and middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, APIs, and modern web technologies supporting Adobe implementations.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution design, client workshops, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and effort estimation.
- Ability to define solution roadmaps, architecture standards, implementation methodologies, and governance frameworks for Adobe engagements.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, consulting, and client engagement skills with the ability to bridge business, sales, alliance, and delivery teams.
