We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Resource with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, design, and development. The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, driving end-to-end Salesforce solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead Salesforce solution design and architecture across complex enterprise implementations
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce development
• Own end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements analysis to deployment and support
• Perform architecture reviews and ensure scalability, performance, and security compliance

Salesforce Development

• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce
• Implement complex business logic, integrations, and custom frameworks
• Optimize Salesforce performance and handle large data volumes
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management

Integrations & Data

• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware
• Work with external systems (ERP, legacy, third-party apps)
• Handle data migration, data quality, and data governance strategies

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers and technical leads
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making
